Executive Coaching
Our one-on-one tailored programs are provided for 6 to 12-month terms. A typical coaching program includes three phases: identification of needs and data collection; creation of a development plan; and monitoring of plan implementation. While our work with individuals is strictly confidential, individuals are encouraged to share their plans and progress with their sponsors. We find that coaching programs are frequently initiated when individuals are in the start-up phase of a new role; individuals are new to an organization; following a poor performance review; following a significant re-structuring; or when the individual has a new manager.
Executive Development Strategies
We have extensive experience in the design and delivery of leadership development programs. We work with clients to design custom leadership development programs to meet the unique needs of their organization. |
